Treasures from Grandma M.

We recently lost our sweet Grandma McConkie.  She was a positive, loving woman who I am so grateful to have known.  This week I got to go to her home and pick out a few of her things to call my own.  Each of these things I will treasure.  I will think of her every time I see them in my home.  I will think of how good she made me feel every time I saw her, I will think of her smile and the love I had for her.  I will post later where I place each of my new treasures in my home.

Awesome stuff! Isn't it the best when it's an heirloom? Those kind of items totally warm your heart every time you walk by and see them. How fun is it that she had owls and you got them!

Love the little family of owls. I was going to ask you the other day where you got them from. Such great treasures.

OH! My grandma has those little owls, too! I admire them every time I go see her. I love family treasures. In fact, I also just inherited a great piece from my Great-grandma that I can't wait to blog about. Love your post!
